Atomic variants can be used standalone or [combined|kudamono/variants#advanced] into a myriad of variant genres. Among them are:

This Masyu variant was invented by Serkan Yürekli in 2009 and named by Kamer Alyanakyan.
Independently, @Stingby12 suggested the grey pearl idea, which later on turned out to be equivalent to this established variant.
Thus this implementation contains the separate symbol **half-white pearls** for //deformable white pearls//, while normal white pearls are kept //undeformable //.
