@JustKirb was pondering how the ruleset of [Border Patrol], by @KenGlue, could be generalised. The ideas were:
- to explicitly mark tiles to be counted (instead of relying on the borders)
- to experiment with other polyomino sizes, beyond 5

So we decided to give it a go. [Internal Patrol] is the result!
