This genre has also been known as **Turning Fences** [at least since 2011|http://puzzleparasite.blogspot.com/2011/10/rules-turning-fences.html]. In 2014, @BramDeLaat wrote a nice [tutorial on this genre|http://puzzleparasite.blogspot.com/2014/02/tutorial-turning-fences.html].

In 2005, an equivalent ruleset apepars under the name "Breakpoints" at the WPC.

## Acknowledgements and Changes

**2023-09-26** Added small arrows pointing to the vertices, and fixed two bugs, after feedback from @dohz - thank you.
**2023-11-02** @MartinEnder suggested using full/empty circles as corner marks and noticed a regression, now fixed!
**2023-11-02** @EliDoris made the very first puzzle in this implementation, and suggested linking a tutorial. Thank you!
**2024-01-02** @PinkHoodie produced a set of 3 Corner Loop puzzles, 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7!
**2024-02-08** @JustKirb [modernised the rule panels|../panels#modern] of [Corner Loop] - thank you!
**2024-04-19** The very natural ´´slitherlink´´ variant was applied by @PinkHoodie to great effect.
**2024-07-12** Day regression reported by @nishinanntoka was corrected (cause: incomplete template reorganisation)
**2024-07-14** Thanks @PinkHoodie for making great use of the ´´wolf-and-sheep´´ variant with two new puzzles!
**2024-07-14** Corner aux marks are no longer colliding with lines (cause: big collision module upgrade in June)
**2024-07-18** The number dial range is now properly constrained (cause: typo). Thank you @Anurag for noticing!
**2024-12-07** :::puzzletters @PinkHoodie created 1 [corner-loop] (classic) puzzle - appreciated!
