There are two possible interpretations of @NaokiInaba's original [Aqua Place|] ruleset, for regions with multiple "valleys".

This implementation follows the interpretation that water level must be the same in those valleys, matching WPC nomenclature.

A different interpretation, which allows separate valleys to have separate water levels is also implemented as [Water fun]. It matches to puzz.link's "Aquarium" (with internal walls).

This puzzle by @JustKirb is the smallest puzzle that can be used to clarify the difference between [Aquarium] and [Water Fun]. It is unique as Aquarium, but would have multiple solutions as water fun. It was sent as a potential replacement for the rule panels.
