As of 2023, the original app is no longer available, neither is the company site. However, page.author has not discarded the possibility of reviving page.title.

As a testament to the popularity of the original page.title, at least two clones were made by fans:
- [Open Alcazar|http://www.thomaschapeaux.be/alcazar-clone/#] by Thomas Chapeaux
- [Alcazar Hack|https://rndmcnlly.itch.io/alcazar-hack] by Kathleen Tuite and Adam Smith (with puzzle generator)

These initiatives were welcomed positively by the author, and site.author trusts the Kudamono implementation will be equally well received.
